Just finished watching the cook (master chef) David Chang--his episode on netflix the dumplings episode, called "Stuffed" from season one.  This is a strong recommendation for its Asian Cuisine, but also its activism. Please, please Mr. Chang, open a restaurant in London or Birmingham that will serve only the enclosed foods of the world: the three Italian, the two French, Lumpia, both Makis, Viet Spring roles, Pot Stickers, Egg Roles, Spain's two, etc.  You can call it "Dumpling," but I'd recommend calling it either "Enclosed," or "Enclosure."  If you can't do it, pass it on to one of your colleagues because this will blow up.  I am no professional cook, but I've just been looking for the cook to do it.

Correction: Italy seems to have 8! And let's not forget Russia which has a meat-filled one pelmeti, and Poland which has two. Ferenyenki and Pierogi of course.  When you add the English/Scottish/Irish pies and the Cornish, not to mention the other dessert enclosed foods.

 Chicago Surpasses London as Most Surveiled in the West a Covid mask (no I'm fully vaccinated and healthy) because Chicago has surpassed even London as the most surveiled city in the West. Nobody fucking voted for this. Camera? They purchased it in October 2016. It went live in early January. Do you know what the Chief said when asked by journalists? DIVIDING THE  US INTO WORKABLE NATIONS FOR THE 21ST CENTURY Subdividing the Map from NBC's Revolution From 2012-2014 NBC aired a program called Revolution . https://www.nbc.com/revolution/about During the third episode, I think, the characters look at a map of what a post-apocalyptic US might appear as some twenty or thirty years into the future of the diagesis (of 2012).
